Lucia Foster Welch is a purpose-built student community which has been around for a number of years, accommodating Southampton’s University students. It’s now under new ownership with Every Student who want to offer you the best experience without blowing your budget. Our ethos is simple, quality living, affordably price, making accommodation available for any and Every Student.

At just £115 per week (51 weeks) you will get a great study bedroom with a large bed, study area as well as plenty of storage. You will share a large well-equipped kitchen with up to 9 other residents. Lots of room for cooking and eating together. We’ve also plonked a massive tv in each kitchen to keep you all entertained.

We know group living can cause mess. We’ve thought of that too. We offer a complimentary cleaning service. Each weekday, our friendly housekeeping team will descend into your flat to keep your communal areas in tip-top condition. We’ll even empty your bins!

Based next to Ocean village, LFW is within walking distance to the city centre, Solent University and has great links to the University of Southampton. With everything you need right on your doorstep, whether it is supermarkets, pubs, cafes, or restaurants. There is plenty to see and do.
