Norton Court

Norton Court is less than a mile from NTU’s City Campus and miles from the city centre. Located in Radford, it’s close to supermarkets, local shops, and takeaways. The hall has 312 self-catered rooms with flats of six students in ensuite bedrooms sharing a fully equipped kitchen-dining area. There are common rooms and on-site parking.

Applications are now open for Norton Court for 2025/26, and we've frozen rent prices at 2024/25 rates! Opt for a 44 weeks or 51 weeks with and select a reward that suits you best: £300 NTU campus credit, a free NCT bus pass or free parking. Subject to availability, terms and conditions apply.

Accessibility
• This residence has some ground floor rooms, of which some have level access.
• Medication fridges can be provided in individual rooms where medically necessary.
• Parking permits available for purchase at this residence, which are free of charge for blue badge holders.
• This residence is served by an NCT bus route (see NCT's accessibility information).
• Vibrating pillows and flashing alarms can be implemented for students with a hearing impairment.
• This residence does not have any adapted rooms, however, it may be possible to install grab rails if required.
