House of Social Manchester

House of Social is a new concept of student accommodation opening in September 2025. Designed for sharing, with plenty of space for everyone. Perfectly situated within walking distance to the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.

Take your pick from our two, five or six bed houses. Depending on your room type, you will either have a shared, private kitchen or both. Just downstairs is Manchester's newest food hall, consisting of five independent food vendors where you can satisfy your cravings with our exclusive resident offers.

Choose from 5 different room types, depending on your preferences:
Our Lites are the most affordable room in the house, with a large double bed, desk and ensuite bathroom. You also have access to the spacious shared kitchen.
Our Classic rooms comes with all the standard features, as well as your own private kitchen and access to the shared kitchen.
Our Ultimates are the largest room in the house, with all the standard features, as well as your own private kitchen and access to the shared kitchen.
Our Duo rooms are for those looking for a 2-bed apartment, with an interconnecting door between the two rooms. These include your own private kitchen, but no access to the shared communal kitchen.

Booking as a 5 or 6-bed house? You'll all receive £500 once you move in. Saving up to £3000 per house. If you're booking together in a two-bed house, you'll both receive £250.
