Exeter…
Exeter is a beautiful city set in the glorious Devon countryside with a great selection of activities right on the doorstep. If you love to shop, get down to the High Street where you’ll find big name shops, or take a walk round Princesshay and the Cathedral area for some serious retail therapy. While you’re there squeeze down Parliament Street, the narrowest street in Europe, or saunter down Gandy Street and take in a bar or restaurant.
A visit to the the stunning Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery is a must, as is Exeter’s Underground Passages,a network of medieval subterranean tunnels running under the city.
The Castle Quarter is home to the beautiful Northernhay and Rougemont Gardens, and not forgetting the Norman splendour of Exeter Castle.
In Southernhay you’ll find a monthly street food market, or you can take in one of the regular stage performances at the Exeter Barnfield Theatre and, of course, the historic Quayside area provides a suitable backdrop for great food and drink at the many excellent bars and restaurants.
Exeter One is the best location for students to take full advantage of this wonderful city and the best in student living.
