Don Street House

Don Street House is Every Students’ little gem located in a residential aera, and surrounded by the lovely Seaton Park. We are just a 7 minutes’ walk away from the University of Aberdeen main campus. You can sleep in and still be in time for your classes! We are a five minutes’ walk from Lidl on King Street. All around, you will find several take-aways restaurants. While just across the road there is a bus stop, where Bus 1 and 2 will bring you right to the city centre. If you enjoy a good swim or the gym, Aberdeen Sports Village is an 8 minutes bus ride from us!
In terms of amenities, there is loads. From our reception that is open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. To our amazing safety team that helps students outside of office hours. You can drop them a phone call on our 24/7 Helpline. There is CCTV coverage of the whole building. We have 2 car parks, where you can easily reserve your spot at a reasonable price. If you have a bike, you can keep it in out Bike Storage for free. All the students have access to a common laundry room where they can use Driers and Washers provided by WashStation.
We offer a variety of rooms, there are ensuites and non-ensuites. These ranges from classic to premium ones. All our rooms include a study space, a single bed wardrobe and shelves for storage. For non-enusites flats you will be having 2 showers and toilets. Both ensuites and non ensuites flats have a common Kitchen, where you can chat with your friends. Our Housekeeping Team cleans the communal areas of every flat.
